The CAP Job Club encourages and supports people who are trying to get back into either full or part time employment. We help clients explore obstacles to working, how to overcome them and become more motivated.

We look at individual strengths and skills and try to build on those strengths, writing strong CVs and understanding what employers are looking for in job specifications. We give IT support to those who need it in job searches and applications. The Job Club is a place of community where friendships are made.
